What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the site location and your message. When you call or email us, we keep the details needed to answer you and do the job.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, quote, schedule and carry out the work, and invoice for it. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Enquiries go into our own business system, which runs on a private server in Sydney, Australia, and is backed up to our own equipment in New Zealand.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and Google receives anonymous usage data. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare receives technical details about your browser for that check only.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Call 021 585 358 or use the contact form.
