PLC, SCADA and HMI programming
We program the PLCs, touchscreens and SCADA systems that run pumps, conveyors and process plant, and we document them so the next person can follow what they do.

What we do
- New control systems, from a written description or a walk around the site
- PLC programming and changes on Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Siemens and Omron
- Open and hardware-independent control with CODESYS and OpenPLC
- HMI touchscreens with plain screens for operators: status, alarms, setpoints and trends
- SCADA and secure remote access for sites spread across a farm or a district
- Upgrades from obsolete PLCs to current hardware
- Fault finding on existing systems installed by others
Problems we solve
- A plant that only one person knows how to run
- An obsolete PLC with no spares and no copy of the program
- Operators guessing at alarms that do not say what is wrong
Platforms we work with: Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Omron, CODESYS and OpenPLC. Programs, I/O lists and drawings are handed over with the job.

Questions
Our system was installed by someone else and there is no documentation. Can you work on it?
Usually, yes. We start by reading the program out of the PLC, mapping the inputs and outputs, and writing down what it actually does before we change anything.
Can we see the plant from a phone?
Yes, through a secure VPN connection. Alarms can also be sent by text or email.
