Services
Dairy shed and effluent electrical
We do the electrical and control work in and around dairy sheds: switchboards, vacuum and milk pump drives, effluent and water pumps, and the alarms that tell you something has stopped. Work is planned around milking.

What we do
- Shed switchboards, power and lighting
- Variable speed drives on vacuum and milk pumps
- Effluent pump and stirrer control with pond level alarms
- Stock water and wash-down pump control
- Remote monitoring of pumps and pond levels through Modbee
- Breakdown call-outs when the shed cannot wait
Problems we solve
- A vacuum pump that runs flat out for the whole milking
- An effluent pond that gets too high before anyone notices
- Old shed wiring that trips when everything starts at once
Brands: WEG, Davey and Modbee.

Questions
Can the work be done without disrupting milking?
Yes. We plan shutdowns between milkings and keep changeovers short, with a temporary supply ready where a job takes longer.
Can I get a warning before the effluent pond is full?
Yes. A level sensor and a Modbee controller send a text at the level you choose, well before it overflows.
