Switchboards and motor control centres
We design and build switchboards, motor control centres and control panels in our Pukekohe workshop, then install, wire in and commission them on site. One team is responsible from the drawing to the sign-off.
What we do
- Main and distribution switchboards for sheds, plant rooms and pump stations
- Motor control centres with starters, variable speed drives and soft starters
- Stainless steel and outdoor enclosures for wash-down areas and exposed sites
- Extensions and upgrades to existing boards, including old fuse boards
- Labelled wiring, as-built drawings and test results handed over with every board

- Nuisance tripping and overheating from undersized or tired gear
- A new pump, machine or shed that needs power and control
Every board leaves with labelled wiring, as-built drawings and test results, so the next person can work on it.

Questions
Can you build a board to someone else's design?
Yes. We build to an engineer's or consultant's drawings, or design the board ourselves from your load list and site details.
Do you install the boards you build?
Usually, yes. Most boards we build are installed, wired in and commissioned by us, so there is no gap between the builder and the installer.
